You are now able to do some things online with your metrocard, they are;
* Log into your metrocard online top up account and top up your card
Functions you are not able to do are;
* Check your balance on the homepage
* Register for an online top up account
* Reset your metrocard online account password
If you need to know your metrocard balance ask your driver when boarding a bus, drop into a Metro Agent or give us a call on 366 88 55.
We are still working on the metrocard balance checker and online top up registration page and apologise for any inconvenience. We are working as quickly as possible to resolve the outstanding issues.
