• Updated 9.15am Monday 30th May - Online metrocard top up & balance check service not available

    Updated - 9.15am Monday 30th May

Metro have been unable to fix the metrocard website and so the metrocard top up and balance check site will remain down. We will continue to work on the issues and hope to have the site back up and running as soon as possible.

This means that if you need to check your balance or top up your metrocard  please go to a metro agent (with eftpos or cash) or ask your driver to check / top up your card (cash only).

    We apologise for the inconvenience.
