Bring ID with you as staff must sight it to issue a card. Accepted identifications are – drivers license, birth certificate, passport, Cando Cards or School Identification with your name and date of birth on it.

Please note: If you lose your Metrocard, you can pick up a replacement card from the Metroinfo Counter at the Bus Interchange only. If you have registered your Metrocard, we can transfer your balance to your new card.

How much does it cost?

The cost of a Metrocard is $10.00 and loading a minimum of $10 onto the Metrocard will activate it. After that, you can top-up your card with a minimum of $10.
