Welcome to Central Station, your one stop connection spot!

On Tuesday 25 October the temporary bus exchanges on Hagley Ave and Bealey Ave will be replaced with the new Central Station, located at 46-50 Lichfield St. A new Metro network map will be delivered to Christchurch households shortly which includes new map to the Central Station. Metro has also rewired services so you’re better connected. Metro have developed new services, reinstated through routes and add late night trips on most services. Check out the new timetables for more information on what’s changed with your route.

Also from Tuesday 25 October the free Link shuttle will no longer be operated. Its purpose was to provide a connection between the two temporary exchanges for passengers. As Metro no longer requires this, the Link will not operate.
