Detour for Rookwood Ave road works (from 13/10/2025 until further notice)

From 4pm Monday 13th October there will be road works on Rookwood Ave to facilitate power pole repairs that will require the Route 60 service to detour from its usual route while signage is in place.

Buses travelling eastbound towards Southshore will follow the normal route along Travis Rd, take the first exit at the roundabout, turn right on to Marriotts Rd and veer left to stay on Marriotts Rd to resume the normal route.  

Buses travelling westbound towards Hillmorton will not be impacted by these works.

Detour for Sparks Rd (from 3/11/2025 until further notice)

From Monday 3^rd November there will be road works on Sparks Rd that will require the Route 60 service to detour from its usual route until further notice.

Buses travelling westbound towards Hillmorton have no detour required.

Buses travelling eastbound towards Southshore will continue the normal route to Hoon Hay Rd, continue on Hoon Hay Rd, turn left on Rose St, left on Lyttelton St, and right on Frankleigh St to resume the normal route.

Detour for Halswell Road road works – Route 60 westbound (from 16/11/2025 until 19/11/2025)

From Sunday 16^th November for 3 nights there will be road works on Halswell Road that will require the Route 60 service to detour from its usual route.

Buses travelling westbound towards Hillmorton/Wigram will continue the normal route to Monsaraz Blvd, continue onto Augustine Dr, turn left on Euphrasie Dr, and take the 3^rd exit at the Aidenfield Dr roundabout to resume the normal route.

Detour for Halswell Road road works – Route 60 eastbound (from 16/11/2025 until 19/11/2025)

From Sunday 16^th November for 3 nights there will be road works on Halswell Road that will require the Route 60 service to detour from its usual route.

Buses travelling eastbound towards Southshore will continue the normal route to Aidenfield Dr, take the 1^st exit at the Euphrasie Dr roundabout, turn right on Augustine Dr, and continue on Monsaraz Blvd to resume the normal route
