Morning trips travelling towards AGHS and SBHS will follow the normal route to Breezes Rd, turn right on Wainoni Rd, turn left on SH74 Anzac Dr, take the 2^nd exit at the New Brighton Rd rdbt, onto SH74 Anzac Dr, take the 2^nd exit at the Travis Rd rdbt, and onto Frosts Rd to resume the normal route.

Afternoon trips travelling towards Southshore will follow the normal route to Frosts Rd, take the 2^nd exit at the Travis Rd rdbt, onto SH74 Anzac Dr, take the 2^nd exit at the New Brighton rdbt, onto SH74 Anzac Dr, turn right on Wainoni Rd, and turn left on Breezes Rd to resume the normal route.

On Sunday 14^th June for 4 nights there will be road works on Blenheim Rd that will require the Route 80 service to detour from its usual route between the hours of 8pm till last bus.

Buses travelling westbound towards Lincoln will follow the normal route to Blenheim Rd, turn right on Curletts Rd, turn left on Main South Rd, take the 3^rd exit at the Blenheim Rd rdbt, and onto Main South Rd to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling northbound towards the Airport will follow the normal route to Wairakei Rd, turn right on Breens Rd, turn left on Harewood Rd, and continue on Harewood Rd to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling southbound towards Lyttelton will follow the normal route to Harewood Rd, continue on Harewood Rd, turn right on Breens Rd, and turn left on Wairakei Rd to resume the normal route.

From Thursday 7^th May there will be road works on Wairakei Rd that will require the Route 8 service to detour from its usual route between the hours of 5:45am till 8pm until further notice.

Buses travelling southbound towards Lyttelton will follow the normal route to Harewood Rd, continue on Harewood Rd, turn right on Breens Rd, and turn left on Wairakei Rd to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling westbound towards Rolleston will follow the normal rotue to Jones Rd, take the 1^st exit at the Weedons Ross Rd rdbt, onto Weedons Ross Rd, take the 2^nd exit at the Weedons Interchange rdbt, onto the overbridge, take the 2^nd exit at the Weedons Interchange rdbt, onto SH1 Main South Rd, and turn left on Rolleston Dr to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling eastbound towards New Brighton will follow the normal route to SH1 Main South Rd, continue on SH1 Main South Rd, onto the Southern Motorway, take the 1^st exit off the Southern Motorway, take the 1^st exit at the Weedons Ross Rd rdbt, and take the 3^rd exit at the Jones Rd rdbt to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling westbound towards Rolleston will follow the normal route to Waterloo Rd, turn right on Barters Rd, turn left on Maddisons Rd, turn left on Kirk Rd, and turn right on Railway Tce to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling eastbound towards New Brighton will follow the normal route to Kirk St, continue on Kirk Rd, turn right on Maddisons Rd, turn right on Barters Rd, and turn left on Waterloo Rd to resume the normal route.

Morning trips travelling towards Upper Riccarton will follow the normal route to Kirk Rd, continue on Kirk Rd, turn right on Maddisons Rd, turn right on Barters Rd, and turn left on Waterloo Rd to resume the normal route.

Afternoon trips travelling towards Burnham will follow the normal route to Waterloo Rd, turn right on Barters Rd, turn left on Maddisons Rd, turn left on Kirk Rd, and turn right on Railway Tce to resume the normal route.

From Monday 15th June, Stop #13933 (Main North Rd near Wrights Rd) will be permanently removed and no longer used by Route 1.

Instead, please use Stop #54874 (Kaiapoi South Park & Ride).

From Tuesday 9th June for 30 days there will be road works on Mairehau Rd that will require school service 791 to detour from its usual route.

Afternoon trips travelling towards Queenspark will follow the normal route to Mairehau Rd, turn right on Putake Rd, take the 1^st exit at the Rothesay Rd rdbt, take the 2^nd exit at the Pohutukawa Cres rdbt, and turn right on Burwood Rd to resume the normal route.

From Monday 12th January there will be Stop/Go traffic controls in place on Centaurus Rd near Kowhai Tce to facilitate sewer renewal works that will impact the Orbiter service.

Unfortunately, there is no suitable detour for heavy vehicles in this area so delays to certain trips may occur.

From Monday 9^th March the next stage of the wastewater project works on Greers Rd will require the Orbiter service to detour from its usual route until further notice.

Buses travelling clockwise will follow the normal route to Greers Rd, turn left on Memorial Ave, turn right on Grahams Rd, turn right on Wairakei Rd, and turn left on Greers Rd to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling anticlockwise will not be impacted.

Buses travelling westbound towards Russley will follow the normal route to Linwood Ave, continue on Linwood Ave, and turn left on Aldwins Rd to resume the normal route.

On Monday 4^th May there will be road works on Chelsea St that will require the Route 155 service to detour from its usual route until further notice.
