On Tuesday 2^nd June for 4 nights there will be road works on Fitzgerald Ave that will require the Route 7 service to detour from its usual route between the hours of 7:00pm till last bus.

Buses travelling eastbound towards Queenspark will follow the normal route to Fitzgerald Ave, turn left on Kilmore St, turn right on Madras St, turn right on Bealey Ave, and turn left on Fitzgerald Ave to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling westbound towards Halswell will not be impacted.

On Monday 25^th May for 21 nights there will be road works on Burwood Rd that will require the Route 7 service to detour from its usual route between the hours of 8:00pm to 7:00am.

Buses travelling southbound towards Halswell will follow the normal route to Burwood Rd, turn left on SH74, turn right on Parnwell St, turn right on Bassett St, take the 3^rd exit at the New Brighton Rd roundabout, and continue on New Brighton Rd to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling northbound towards Queenspark will not be impacted.

On Monday 1^st June for 3 nights there will be road works on Blenheim Rd that will require the Route 80 service to detour from its usual route between the hours of 8:00pm till last bus.

Buses travelling eastbound towards Parklands will follow the normal route to Main South Rd, take the 2^nd exit at the Epsom Rd rdbt, onto Main South Rd, turn right on Curletts Rd, and turn left on Blenheim Rd to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling westbound towards Lincoln will not be impacted.

On Tuesday 2nd June for 26 days there will be road works on Waterloo Rd that will require the Route 5 service to detour from its usual route.

Buses travelling westbound towards Rolleston will follow the normal route to Waterloo Rd, turn left on Pound Rd, turn right on SH1 Main Sth Rd, turn right on Kirk Rd, and turn left on Railway Tce to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling eastbound towards New Brighton will not be impacted.

From Tuesday 5^th May there will be road works on Kirk Rd that will require the Route 5 service to detour from its usual route until further notice.

Buses travelling westbound towards Rolleston will follow the normal route to Waterloo Rd, turn right on Kirk Rd, and turn left on Railway Tce to resume the normal route.

From now until Friday 5 June, the Diamond Harbour Ferry will operate using an alternate vessel, the Black Diamond, while the Black Pearl undergoes scheduled annual maintenance. The Black Diamond has a lower passenger capacity than usual, so some services may reach capacity at busy times, particularly over the King’s Birthday long weekend.

Please allow extra time for travel where possible. We appreciate your patience while this essential maintenance is completed.

From Thursday 7^th May there will be road works on Wairakei Rd that will require the Route 8 service to detour from its usual route until further notice.

Buses travelling southbound towards Lyttelton will follow the normal route to Harewood Rd, continue on Harewood Rd, turn right on Breens Rd, and turn left on Wairakei Rd to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling northbound towards the Airport will not be impacted.

From Tuesday 5^th May there will be road works on Mairehau Rd that will require school route 724 to detour from its usual route until further notice.

Morning trips travelling towards AGHS and SBHS will follow the normal route to Mairehau Rd, turn left on Prestons Park Dr, take the 2^nd exit at the Georgina St roundabout, take the 2^nd exit at the Aviemore Dr roundabout, take the 2^nd exit at the Katrine Dr roundabout, turn right on Prestons Rd, continue on Burwood Rd, and take the 1^st exit at the Mairehau Rd roundabout to resume the normal route.

Afternoon trips travelling towards Queenspark will follow the normal route to Mairehau Rd, take the 3^rd exit at the Burwood Rd roundabout, continue on Prestons Rd, turn left on Prestons Park Dr, take the 2^nd exit at the Katrine Dr roundabout, take the 2^nd exit at the Aviemore Dr roundabout, take the 2^nd exit at the Georgina St roundabout, and turn right on Mairehau Rd to resume the normal route.

From Monday 12th January there will be Stop/Go traffic controls in place on Centaurus Rd near Kowhai Tce to facilitate sewer renewal works that will impact the Orbiter service.

Unfortunately, there is no suitable detour for heavy vehicles in this area so delays to certain trips may occur.

From Monday 9^th March the next stage of the wastewater project works on Greers Rd will require the Orbiter service to detour from its usual route until further notice.

Buses travelling clockwise will follow the normal route to Greers Rd, turn left on Memorial Ave, turn right on Grahams Rd, turn right on Wairakei Rd, and turn left on Greers Rd to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling anticlockwise will not be impacted.

On Monday 4^th May for 14 days there will be road works on Chelsea St that will require the Route 140 service to detour from its usual route.

Buses travelling eastbound towards Mt Pleasant will follow the normal route to Buckleys Rd, continue on Buckleys Rd, continue on Pages Rd, turn right on McGregors Rd, turn right on Hay St, and turn left on Linwood Ave to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling westbound towards Russley will follow the normal route to Linwood Ave, continue on Linwood Ave, and turn left on Aldwins Rd to resume the normal route.

On Monday 4^th May there will be road works on Chelsea St that will require the Route 155 service to detour from its usual route until further notice.

Buses travelling eastbound towards Lyttelton will follow the normal route to Linwood Ave, continue on Linwood Ave, U-turn to slip lane at Hay St, continue on Linwood Ave, turn right on Buckleys Rd, and continue on Buckleys Rd to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling westbound toward Eastgate will not be impacted.
