Detour for Marine Pde road works (from 6/02/2026 until further notice)

From Friday 6^th February there will be road works on Marine Pde that will require the Route 135 service to detour from its usual route until further notice.

Buses travelling eastbound towards New Brighton will follow the normal route to Marine Pde, turn right on Bowhill Rd, take the 1^st exit at the Keyes Rd roundabout, turn left on Hawke St, take the 2^nd exit at the Shaw Ave roundabout, and turn right on Marine Pde to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling westbound towards The Palms will not be impacted.

From Tuesday 24^th February there will be road works on Marine Pde that will require the Route 135 service to detour from its usual route until further notice.

Buses travelling eastbound towards New Brighton will follow the normal route to Marine Pde, turn right on Leaver Tce, turn left on Tonks St, turn right on Bowhill Rd, take the 1^st exit at the Keyes Rd roundabout, turn left on Hawke St, take the 2^nd exit at the Shaw Ave roundabout, and turn right on Marine Pde to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling westbound towards The Palms will not be impacted.

Detour for Anzac Day Parade road closures – Marine Parade (from 25/04/2026 until 25/04/2026)

On Saturday 25^th April there will be road closures on Marine Parade that will require the Route 135 service to detour from its usual route between the hours of 9am to 11:30am

Buses travelling westbound towards The Palms will start the trip from the terminus on Oram Ave (stop #39192), turn left on Beresford St, turn right on Hardy St, turn left on Seaview Rd, take the 3^rd exit at the Hawke St roundabout, onto Hawke St, take the 1^st exit at the Shaw Ave roundabout, onto Shaw Ave, turn right on Lonsdale Ave, and turn left on Marine Pde to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling eastbound towards New Brighton will follow the normal route to Marine Pde, turn right on Lonsdale St, turn left on Shaw Ave, take the 3^rd exit at the Hawke St roundabout, onto Hawke St, take the 1^st exit at the Seaview Rd roundabout, onto Seaview Rd, turn right on Hardy St, turn left on Bereford St, and turn right on Oram Ave to resume the normal route.
