Detour for Harrow St road works (from 29/07/2026 until further notice)

From Wednesday 29th July there will be road works on Harrow St that will require the Route 80 service to detour from its usual route until further notice.

Buses travelling westbound towards Lincoln will follow the normal route to Aldwins Rd, continue on Aldwins Rd, turn right on Ferry Rd, turn right on Bordesley St, and turn left on Harrow St to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling eastbound towards Parklands will follow the normal route to Harrow St, turn left on Glasgow St, turn right on Newcastle St, and turn left on Aldwins Rd to resume the normal route.

Detour for Gerald St night works (from 20/09/2026 until 21/09/2026)

On Sunday 20^th September for 1 night there will be road works on Gerald St that will require the Route 80 service to detour from its usual route from 5:00pm till 7:00am.

Buses travelling westbound towards Lincoln will follow the normal route to James St, turn right on North Belt, continue on West Belt, and turn right on Gerald St to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling eastbound towards Parklands will follow the normal route to Gerald St, turn left on West Belt, continue on North Belt, and turn left on James St to resume the normal route.

On Monday 21^st September for 1 night there will be road works on Gerald St that will require the Route 80 service to detour from its usual route from 6:00pm till 7:00am.

Buses travelling westbound towards Lincoln University will follow the normal route to Gerald St, turn left on Maurice St, turn right on South Belt, turn left on West Belt, take the 3^rd exit at the Tauhinu Ave rdbt, take the 3^rd exit at the Vernon Dr rdbt, and turn left on Gerald St to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling eastbound towards Lincoln Township will follow the normal route to Gerald St, turn right on Vernon Dr, take the 1^st exit at the Tauhinu Ave rdbt, take the 1^st exit at the West Belt rdbt, turn right on South Belt, turn left on Maurice St, and turn right on Gerald St to resume the normal route.
