It’s time to choose a new way to pay as we roll out Motu Move on our Metro buses and ferries.
Need some help getting set up with Motu Move?
It’s easy to get sorted for Motu Move, but we recognise that some people may need a hand with this.
From Saturday 17 October, our Motu Move ambassador teams will be popping up at key locations around the network to provide in person help to anyone that needs extra support.
Dates and locations will be updated here regularly.
The Bus Interchange, and these community hubs, can get busy and the queues can be quite long at times.
Most of the information you will need is available online here, including the different ways you can pay, and how to link any concessions. Check out the Motu Move How-to videos for further instructions on how to create an account, link a payment card and link a concession.
