Detour for Creyke Rd (from 9/09/2024 until further notice)

From Monday 9th September 2024, there will be long-term road works on Creyke Road that will require the Route 130 service to detour from its usual route for about a year (until at least September 2025).   

Buses travelling westbound towards Hei Hei will follow the normal route along Maidstone Rd before turning left on to Ilam Rd, right on to Memorial Ave and left on to Kotare St to resume the normal route. 

Buses travelling eastbound towards Avonhead will not be impacted by this detour.

Night works for Riccarton Road (west of Hansons Lane) (from 8/09/2024 until 10/09/2024)

From Sunday 8 September, a one-way closure will be in place on Riccarton Road, directly west of Hansons Lane that will require Routes 5, 100, and 130 to detour from their usual route for 2 nights from 9pm to 6am. 

Westbound trips towards Hornby will follow the normal route to Riccarton Road before turning left on to Hansons Lane, right on to Blenheim Road, right on to SH73 Curletts Road, and left on to Main South Road to resume the normal route. 

Eastbound trips towards Westfield Riccarton will not be impacted by this detour.
