Detour for Railway Tce road works (from 26/04/2026 until 1/05/2026)

On Sunday 26^th April for 6 days there will be road works on Railway Tce that will require the Route 5 service to detour from its usual route.

Buses travelling westbound towards Rolleston will follow the normal route to Banks St, turn right on Kirk Rd, turn left on Maddisons Rd, turn left on Dawsons Rd, take the 2^nd exit at the Dawsons Rd roundabout, onto Jones Rd to resume the normal route.

Buses travelling eastbound towards New Brighton will follow the normal route to Jones Rd, take the 2^nd exit at the Dawsons Rd roundabout, onto Dawsons Rd, turn right on Maddisons Rd, turn right on Kirk Rd, and turn left on Banks St to resume the normal route.
